Some people from India (and some students of mine) emailed me to propose themselves as candidates for my two projects (https://wiki.debian.org/SummerOfCode2018/Projects/RadiatorThermovalveReverseEngineering and https://wiki.debian.org/SummerOfCode2018/Projects/BootTorrent), what shall I do? At the moment I'm answering them to follow updates on the main Debian wiki page (https://wiki.debian.org/SummerOfCode2018) since I do not know what the submission procedure is. If I understand correctly the submission timeframe is not open yet.
