Please contact the coordinators using the private email address [email protected] before you think about dropping or failing any student. If one mode of communication with the student is failing, please try another. For example, if they don't respond to email, please try ringing them. This is also a good reminder that now is a good time to ask students for phone numbers if you didn't already ask, even if you are happy communicating by email and IRC right now you may need to ring them at some time in the future.
