urgent: accept your DebConf bursary today

Hi all,

For those of you who received a DebConf bursary, please remember you
MUST log in to the DebConf system and click the button to confirm you
want to accept the bursary.

If you didn't receive any email, please log in to the DebConf18 site to
check your status.

The deadline is 24 June, if you don't click to accept it, the funds are
withdrawn.
