We were talking in IRC how to make a call and if I'm not wrong we agreed about
sending mail to several lists + publishing a blog post in bits.debian.org (and
micronews).
I offered the draft blog post as a start, but I would prefer a GSC admin to
review and send the corresponding mail (and then, I can adapt the text of the
draft to what has been sent and publish the blog post with author the mail
sender).
