Query about the Debian PHP packaging project in GSoC 2019

Hola ,
I am Manas Kashyap , an undergrad from India .
I was looking in the projects that are approved by Debian for GSoC 2019 ,
and i found the project *PHP packaging is still unapproved* .
As time left for the application process is very less , so i would like to
know whether this Project will be there or not.
