Well, in Hurd system, it seems impossible to update perl
so we cann't install debhelper, then we cann't build packages,
that is, we cann't port packages to Hurd right now.

It is irrelevant to use dselect or apt-get, as far as I tried.

I guess this is the same kind of problem.  Is there any way
to escape this situation in Hurd?
