I'm trying to install DateTime-Format-Builder-0.7805. It uses Module::Build so it doesn't seem to work building the debian package -- that is, running fakeroot debian/rules binary ends up trying to install that package instead of building the package.
How do I build a debian package from a module that uses Module::Build? I've been trying to build Debian packages instead of using CPAN directly.
