ready to NMU mime-support if needed (was Re: It's time to do NMU...)

I've already got a copy of mime-support ready to go.  This seems to be
a big one that affects a lot of packages, and it really doesn't need
*any* dependency on perl (it only uses required perl-base).  If no one
else is doing this one, I'll go ahead and upload.
