To Phillip,
[EMAIL PROTECTED] is most likely the user your process is running
under.
Do you have sendmail running? It's really easy to fake the from address.

code snip
----------------------------------------

$mailprog = '/usr/lib/sendmail';
$toEmail= '[EMAIL PROTECTED]';
open(MAIL, "|$mailprog -t");
print MAIL "To: $toEmail\n";
print MAIL "From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]";
print MAIL "Subject: Hello World\n\n";
print MAIL "This is the body\n";
close(MAIL);

---------------------------------------

Thank You,
Trent
