People do not need to fix their packages immediately (although should in time). Note: the packages for non-i386 have not all been built as yet, and since the dummy transition packages are arch "all", this problem will manifest on such architectures until the binary packages are available. I would have mentioned this caveat in my previous mail, however in truth it did not occur to me at the time. My appologies.
