Hello! Do I need "Build-Depends: perl (>= 5.6.0-16)" for perl programs which don't call perl during installation?
I assume dh_perl is fine with its own unversioned dependancy
on perl and the versioned dependancy is needed for the new
INSTALLDIRS=vendor only.
