I formally second the proposals in the BTS as 26461, 25385, and 21185. I urge the originally submitter to get all the seconds in a row and move towards a vote as quickly as our Policy Policy allows. If we can't get these "no-brainer" type proposals to move through the system at all then we have to rethink how we're managing Policy here (i.e., either add more policy maintainers or change the policy changing policy).
I feel that the section shuffling proposed in Bug#25911 is just a nicety, and we should officially endorse a non-section-number related method of indicated Policy Sections before we start shuffling all this around.
