With 3 people seconding the proposal, and no one arguing against it, this
proposal has turned into an amendment. The seconders are:

The amendment is simply that:
Section 2.3.8, paragraph 2 of policy be amended to replace
/etc/nntpserver with /etc/news/server.
Now all that remains is for a member of the policy mantainers team (whoever
they are) to make the change to policy.
