May be a draft for a proposal? ;) Sorry to be confused. My wording is really
approximative so I wasn't sure if I'll make myself understood and I can't
find any place on the web page about the "standard policy mechanism" except
for a bug in the policy itself -- but no clear explanations.

Maybe is it fu-scripts? I mean the Gimp Scripts. BTW, it can also be used
for any functions/libraries who is big and not necessary to the
general use of the programs in main (like statistic function in octave).

As I said, it's only suggestions. As far as all dependencies in main are
met, I'm OK. I also don't think that data it's the right place for any
programs.
