Yes, but all these packages were foolishly changed before debian as a whole
decided what to do.
Debian as a whole adopted FHS in policy 3.0.0 with no /usr/doc ->
/usr/share/doc transition. I didn't use /usr/share/doc until 3.0.0
was released, so I ask what is "foolish" about following policy?
