I think the tranlated version of debian-policy / packaging-manual
documents will be appreciated by users of our system because they
help users to understand the Debian's way.
There are translated version of developers-reference, and
maint-guide already commited to DDP's cvs area.
I hope the translation work for debian-policy and packaging-manual
can be done in similar way.
