Note that this bug has been fixed in the new policy packaging manual, which should be uploaded soon, I hope. The extra text has been placed in a footnote, and contrib and non-free are listed separately, as sections. I'd prefer calling them `add-ons', though, because `sections' implies being a part of something, and those two are not a part of the distribution, just part of the FTP site. -- Digital Electronic Being Intended for Assassination and Nullification
