Subject: wording in section 9.2.2 could be better

Package: debian-policy
Version: 3.5.2.0
Severity: normal
The wording used in the footnote for section 9.2.2 could be better. It
seems to have been copied from an email I send to debian-devel and
debian-policy a while ago and which was never meant for verbatim
inclusion in the policy manual, For example the example it uses is not
current anymore.
Wichert.
