It seems pointless given that you can't actually depend on the package
and expect it to do anything in particular - the package seems to serve
no purpose. I mean, as far as I can tell a package providing access to
raw sockets would fulfil the role ("It does DHCP if you use the right
commands!"). Perhaps I just don't understand what this package is
intended to achieve?
I don't know if I'd go so far as a formal objection, though.
