I think the link in the copyright file to the upstream sources should
be in a standardized, parsable format. Likewise the author name.
That way lintian could check for them. The last time I checked, 5 or
10 percent of our packages lacked any link to the upstream sources.
Then, it would make sense to add a link to the project home page in
the same place. That would not impact the Packages files.
