Hi, I took a look at the current situation of web server packages providing httpd but not httpd-cgi. There are now just two packages left with no action on the bug reports: aolserver4 and boa. Both are CGI-capable, judging by their package descriptions or websites. The other two, bozohttpd and mzscheme, have taken care of httpd-cgi in one way or another.
