Thanks Paul for this bug report.
I confirm that I can provide certificates; in fact I did that a handful
of time already in this term and the wiki page above exists as I asked
one of the certificated guys to create it; it is also linked from
Teams/DPL as of now.
I don't have a draft text to propose for devref yet, but I believe it
can belong to the "Debian goodies" section of devref. I've a
desiderata for the text though:
- add the note of warning I've written at Teams/DPL, i.e. "no vanity
certificates, please" as it takes anyhow some time to prepare them
