After asking, Lucas proposed to sponsor an upload of the developers-reference, that will close plenty of bugs already pending in the Subversion repository. I just asked the Japanese translator for an update of the incomplete files (the developer-reference is only translated to Japanese and French for the moment). Other translators also have the opportunity to create new translations for this package. Once completed, please send them as a bug report against the developers-reference package so I can incorporate them in the build. Note that this documentation is huge, but every chapter is translated in it's own PO file, so even a partial (one or more specific chapter) translation can be useful for wannabe developers. The deadline for receiving updates and new translations is Saturday, 20 November 2010. If you are not in time you can always send your translation to the BTS (it will at least be available online until the next upload).
