Hello Yaroslav,

"path-to-pixmap" is intended to mean the full path to the icon. 

If you look at other examples in the menu manual you find:
 
       icon="/usr/share/pixmaps/gnumeric.xpm"  the path to the icon to use.

       icon=/usr/share/emacs/20.3/etc/emacs.xbm

The specification does not provide a list of standard location for icons.
So far, the intent has been to include the full path to the icon.
