Package: debian-policy Severity: minor A footnote in §11.6 reads:
“You will need to depend on `liblockfile1 (>>1.01)' to use these [maillock and mailunlock] functions.”
This seems to suggest hardcoding shared library dependency in debian/control, which is a bad idea. Anyway, liblockfile 1.01 was released in 1999, so no version constraint is necessary.
