http://greenwoodsoftware.com/less/less-504.tar.gz Russ: if this upstream release is uploaded to Debian, would you be amenable to starting Debian UTF-8 documents with the UTF-8 signature? Then they would appear correctly in web browsers no matter what Content or Meta tags say. This same issue applies to other Debian documents of course (such as the txt versions of maint-guide).
