Are you sure? I've always known the shorter spelling and a random
online sample of sources that agree gives:

- https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/administrivia
- https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=administrivia (not
that authoritative a source, admittedly :P)
- https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/administrivia
- http://www.yourdictionary.com/administrivia

Some of those note administratrivia as an alternative, but that
certainly doesn't make the use of administrivia incorrect.
