Set this in pbbuttonsd.conf:
CPULoad_sleeplock = yes
CPULoad_min = 20 ; value in percent
CPULoad_period = 20 ; time in seconds
This will allow pbbuttonsd going to sleep only if the CPU load is below 20
percent for at least 20 seconds.
