AFAIK, partitioned CD-ROMs aren't supported by Linux right now. However,
there are several ways to work around that.

You'd create an image file from the CD and loop-mount it with an offset.
Another way could be to use Device Mapper to "create" proper partitions.

However, both ways involve some calculation about where a given
partition starts and ends...
