Yes.

You shouldn't be trying to run `hwclock' directly.  Use `date' to
set the time and date.  The operating system updates the hardware
clock at startup and shutdown using the `hwclock.sh' script in
/etc/init.d.  Make sure you have the powerpc-utils package
installed, otherwise you'll get the error messages from
`hwclock.sh', too.
