The woody PPC build daemon will be shut off from now until Monday morning around 8 or 9am EST. The building it is located in is having its power cut for electrical maintenance. However, this does allow for powerpc users to be spared the libc6 breakage until it is all sorted out properly :-) Sorry for the (in)convenience.
