Hello, I have a problem concerning the rec command resp. sox. I tried to sample from the audio input resp. from the built-in micro of my Powerbook Pismo with the commands: 1. rec t.wav 2. sox -t ossdsp -w -s /dev/dsp t.wav In both cases I had the same problem, that recording stops at once without any error messages. The generated file looks like this:

Since I can forward sounds from both audio inputs to the built-in speakers, I assume that the kernel is not the problem. Does anybody have an idea what went wrong? Marc -- Dipl. Inform.
