I don't know if there is such a keymap somewhere. However, if you can get a kernel with the new input layer and Linux keycodes running, you could use the standard i386 keymaps, and there's most certainly a Swiss French one. http://ppclinux.apple.com/~benh/ has information about the new input layer and links to even more information.
