I am not sure if this is the right place to ask about user questions on PowerPC or only about the Debian port. I have installed unstable on a pretty old PowerPC Macintosh Clone (Umax SuperMac C500, IIRC). I am using the XFree 4's Framebuffer server and it is working so far.
