I�ve created a config 3 hours ago. It�s for XFree4 ... 

I send you my XF86Config with this mail.

If you install xserver-xfree86 you can configure you xserver. If you choose
medium when the question to set the screen appears you can set 1024X768 at 60 
hz ...

everthing should work perfect if you set the keyboard right ;)
