I was wondering if anyone out there has successfully run ircd and/or dancer-ircd?
I recently tried running both ircd and dancer-ircd, and found that both of them tended to die after running for a few minutes (with me logging in and sending messages to myself). I'm thinking that maybe there is some signed char bug in them, but before I go testing it (since I don't really need an irc daemon) I figured I'd ask to see if anyone has run an irc daemon successfully on powerpc, in which case I'd know that there was just something weird with my setup. -- David Roundy http://civet.berkeley.edu/droundy/
