        But Apache 2.0 might have dependencies which are not currently
        satisfiable by any Debian repository, I'd think, since it is
        not part of the distribution (AFAIK).

        Don't wait that much. The connection to the site that has the
        file apt-get is trying to get might be stalled or something.
        Just interrupt (Ctrl-C) and run it again.
