Are you serious? Do you really expect a package this new to be in Debian already? Check the deb-kde list for an answer or check out debianplanet.org to read the hundreds of emails about KDE3 and Debian.
It doesn't appear that KDE3 will ever be in woody and won't make it to sid until XFree 4.2 is included.
