Can't use floppy images

I want to install Debian (or any) Linux onto a Motorola Starmax. I 
downloaded the ISO images and the floppy disk images. I burned the ISO 
images to CD's, but I can only read the boot floppy image. The others 
aren't recognized by Disk Copy in OS 9 or OS X. How do I access the root 
and driver images to put them on floppies?
