It is a 9.3GB drive with the standard Apple boot partitions, a 256MB swap, and the rest for root. I already have debian (woody upgraded to sarge) on an IDENTICAL G4 and the install went flawlessly. I tried this new machine, and one more identical to it as well and I get this same result. Like I said, I have installed debian for servers and desktops far too many times to count, but this one stumps the hell out of me... I tried replacing the hard drive with no result. I tried multiple mirros, all based in the US. Same. I'm coming up empty :)
