Adam Hewitt posted earlier on this list about problems to run latest dri X packages with a fresh 2.4.22-ben2 kernel. He can log as root into X with startx but not as any unprivileged user: so my question is :) is this related to XdmAuth missing and is there a hack like the one with xdm ?
