Not really. Rar is a non-free program (can't recall whether it is
currently commercial or shareware) and the authors have decided to only
compile versions for processors where they believe that they will make
some money. The result is that there is no PPC version.
I think that's the case with pretty much every platform not using x86
processors. :(
