I went through the same thing on my TiBook IV, until I found out that more recent packages for pbbuttonsd (and gtkpbbuttons) are available from Stefano Zacchiroli's site http://www.bononia.it/~zack/ Install pmud, then add these to your /etc/apt/sources.list: # Zack's current pbbuttons packages deb http://www.bononia.it/~zack/ debian/ deb-src http://www.bononia.it/~zack/ debian/ then apt-get install pbbuttonsd, it will remove pmud. Currently, I am running unstable with pbbuttonsd 0.5.10-1 and gtkpbbuttons 0.6.2 Good Luck, Brady -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFAeeDi2NnPoJvJ3hcRAiUqAJ9XeDU+K/EjCFPiv+C4Bo7x9Np6lQCfT2Ac uAdVQJZAZwxGvC1Kdugo4Zc= =edDC -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
