Hi, I just switched my swap (hda3) to an ordinary partition, installed into that, booted (now with hd:3,/vmlinux root=/dev/hda3 rw video=ofonly ) and now I am in base-config.
Without rw or with ro I got stuck exactly at the same spot. While I
did not read the install documents, if that "rw" is not there, it
definitly has to got there!
Now I'll see if I get that system installed.
