Keyboard layout like OSX?

Hi all,

is possible to have under X11 and console the same extended 
international keyboard layout used under OSX?

for example:

MouseClik-Command for button 2
MouseClik-Alt for button 3
alt-n n for � .... etc etc

i know that is easy to assign the F11/F12 to button 2 and 3 but this 
solution is not very ergonomic.
