This is a question for macos/linux on a Blue White (but on G3 266 as well, where I solved the problem by putting 2 scsi inside, deleting the ide).
I have found a reference @ibm where they mentioned a method to boot linux from external usb/firewire drive. I'm curious whether I would be able to boot a usb/fiwi drive pci card-connected instead of the internal usb/fiwi??
