oh, and while i'm at it: next problem :) i've compiled the kernel with support for three-button mouse emulation via sysctl. that is, i put dev/mac_hid/mouse_button2_keycode=94 dev/mac_hid/mouse_button3_keycode=108 dev/mac_hid/mouse_button_emulation=1 in /etc/sysctl.conf... but it doesn't work. actually, the above settings mess up my keyboard, and, besides the mouse emulation not working, the down arrow key is not recognised (neither in X nor in the console). any hints? thanks, jao -- A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away. - Antoine de Saint-Exupery
