Is the keyboard and trackpad In the TiBook still connected through the ADB bus or did Apple switch it to USB? I have no idea why your machines freeze. I tests hour after hour with NoTapTyping enabled, on AC power and on Battery, etc and my machine never ever locks up. If I don't get the right hint I have no choice and the feature will be removed in the next release.
