Does anyone know how? Me too, I have the same issue and I have no solution for it. By the way, consider that Ctrl+Mouse for right click is very uncomfortable under Linux. In fact anyone using xterm needs Ctrl+RightClick to modify some parameters, but if RightClick is Ctrl+Mouse you can't get that combination!
If you have a notebook, you can also try is using the `Fn' key as a modifier. However, as long as I know, it will simply act as a modifier for another key, and not for the mouse click event!
