Do you have linux-headers-2.6.12-1-powerpc installed ? And have you set KSRC to /lib/modules/2.6.12-1-powerpc/build ? Anyway, linux/usb_input.h is not one of the installed headers it seem, but then it also doesn't seem to be available in the 2.6.12 kernel sources : $ ls include/linux/usb* include/linux/usb_cdc.h include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h include/linux/usb_gadget.h include/linux/usb_otg.h include/linux/usb_ch9.h include/linux/usb_gadgetfs.h include/linux/usb.h include/linux/usb_sl811.h So, i guess your appletouch driver is somewhat outdated.
